Susan Geiger, PT, DPT
Susan earned a B.S. in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University in 2012 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2017. She is a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association and thoroughly enjoys teaching PT students and guiding them through their clinical experiences.
Her clinical interests focus on subacute/inpatient neurological rehabilitation, dementia care, and geriatrics. Working primarily on the skilled subacute rehabilitation unit, she is passionate about collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide training to individuals to promote independence and improved quality of life with the ultimate goal of their safe return to home or prior living situation.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys gardening, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the DMV area by going on walks/hikes and trying new restaurants and cocktail bars.
