COVID-19 Procedures
We are thrilled that our world is returning to normal! That being said, we continue to provide a clean working environment for the safety of our clients and staff.
Masks are now optional for Clients and staff. However, Clients may request their therapist wear a mask during their session.
Our clinic is protected by multiple air filtration units to work 24/7 sanitizing the air in the clinic. The Fairfax clinic uses free standing units, the Chantilly clinic has the HEPA filtration build into the HVAC system. Both systems utilize UV-C light that destroys 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
All patients are screened by front desk staff on arrival for any symptoms.
Our policy has always been that therapists treat only one patient at a time.
Infection control procedures prior have always included hand washing between clients.
All clients in the gym and waiting area are separated by at least 6 feet for all activities and at all times.
Gym area has an aide using disinfecting wipes to clean all used equipment and wiping down chairs constantly during treatment hours. This is prior practice but stepped up.
Gym is completely wiped down with Clorox wipes before and after treatment hours.
If you are not comfortable coming in we are offering all clients our “House Call” program. Contact our front office for more information on our House Call program. We will see you one on one in your homes. This program has been in place for several years, and all therapists are trained in specific infection control procedures for the home and wear appropriate PPE.
We also offer telehealth as an option for all disciplines.
